Roxanne Rodriguez
Rocky Rodriguez was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Rocky earned her undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications with a supplemental degree in Law & Society.
Rocky then went on to attend Texas Tech Law School where she developed a deep love for both the law and the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
After a few years of practice in a firm, Rocky ventured out and founded Lara Law Firm in 2005. For over 20 years, Rocky has served the community of Carlsbad through legal representation and service in local organizations.
Rocky is a recovering politician, having served as an Eddy County Commissioner and a party nominee for the United States House of Representatives. Locally, Rocky has served on many boards including the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Carlsbad Medical Center, Carlsbad Department of Development, and is still currently a member of the Downtown Lions Club and local AAUW branch.
Rocky has been recognized numerous times being named Best Lawyer in Carlsbad, New Business of the Year, and earning special awards for service to Veterans, and as a Woman Leader and Trailblazer.
Rocky is also passionate about her number one job; being mom to her beautiful Australian Shepard named Blue. She is an avid (or perhaps rabid) fan of Texas Tech Football. She loves fast cars, guitars, and living life out loud. Most importantly she is a believer in what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong, and that no one is above the law.

Eileen
Riordan
Eileen Riordan was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Eileen attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces where she earned a Bachelor’s in Science. Eileen then traveled North up I-25 to attend law school at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Upon graduation, Eileen moved to her new home here in Carlsbad, New Mexico where she clerked for the Fifth Judicial District. Eileen then moved into private practice working for Rosenburg and Davis, as an associate then a partner attorney.
Eileen then transitioned to become the City Attorney for Carlsbad. Eileen worked as the City Attorney for 25 years. She then decided to serve her community in a different way. Eileen served as a District Judge in the Fifth Judicial District for Eddy County. After two years on the bench, Eileen retired and has made her return to private practice.
Eileen continues to provide aid to this community even off the bench. She serves as a tax aid volunteer and assists in tax preparation for those in need of assistance. She is a devoted pet mom to 1 rescue dog named Sadie and 4 loving cats. Eileen is also a dedicated and loving aunt to her 3 nieces and 3 nephews. Above all else Eileen has a strong commitment to the law and is excited to represent fellow members of her community once again.

Steve
Cummings
Steven grew up in Silver City, New Mexico. Steven earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from New Mexico State University in Finance and Banking. He then went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. Four years later, Steven attended law school at the University of New Mexico.Throughout his educational career, Steven also worked the U.S. Air Force starting at the Space and Missile Systems Center in Los Angeles, CA then transferred to Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM. While in law school, along with working for the Air Force, Steven worked at the Thomas Law Firm in Albuquerque, NM from May of 1996 to January 1999, first as a law clerk then an attorney after graduation.
In 1999 Steven also worked as a Bill Analyst for the New Mexico State Senate in Santa Fe, NM for the 60-day session in 1999. He then moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico where he began his career representing various banks. He continued as bank counsel, then Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Western Commerce Bank until April of 2019.
Steven then began working for A.R. Foreman Construction in April of 2019 as Chief Legal Counsel and CFO, both roles he still holds today in addition to his work as of counsel for 575 Law Group.
Along with his love of finance and the law, Steven is passionate about his amazing children, sports, and his loving dogs. Steven is father to four accomplished children; Zach, Ashley, Megan, and Abby. Steven finds great joy not only in watching sports, but in coaching. Steven was an assistant high school baseball coach as well as an assistant high school basketball coach for the Cavemen for 13 years. When Steven is not spending time with his children, you’ll find him with his three adorable dogs; Bella, Brook, and Baylee. Steven is an avid outdoorsman who loves to golf, fish, and boat.

Morgan
Greer
Morgan was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico (Go Aggies!) where she earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration by majoring in Small Business Management with a minor in Finance.
After graduation Morgan moved across the country where she attended Belmont Law School at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Upon graduation from Belmont, Morgan returned home to Carlsbad, New Mexico.
During all three years of law school, Morgan served as law clerk for the firm. After graduation, Morgan became a licensed attorney and has since joined the team full-time. Morgan has a desire to continue learning more about the law and learning from the seasoned mentors who surround her. And she continues to be a zealous advocate for all of her clients.
In returning to her hometown, Morgan hopes to contribute to and give back to the community that gave her so much growing up. Most importantly, she is a devoted and loving dog mom to the three best dogs in the whole world; Doc, Winchester, and Zia. Morgan enjoys spending her free time by gardening, have friends and family over for a BBQ, playing tennis, or traveling.
